Card charges
To defray the substantial administration and financial services costs we incur when processing credit and debit cards a transaction fee and where applicable a credit card supplement may apply to each passenger per one way flight. No transaction fee applies to customers paying with VISA Electron. A Visa Electron card is defined by the issuing bank not Flybe. Issuing banks provide Flybe with cards numbers that fall into this classification. If you feel that you have a Visa Electron card which is not recognised by Flybe, then please contact your issuing bank, as from time to time they will reclassify card types, and this is outside of Flybe’s control. A transaction fee discount is offered for bookings comprising of flights solely operated by Loganair within Scotland and to/from Norway.
Flybe Connections
Flybe and franchisees make every effort to operate to their published schedules. There are occasions however, where it is not possible to do so and a flight may be delayed or cancelled. This notification informs you of your rights under EC Regulation No 261/2004 should this happen; it does not give you any additional contractual rights. This law is applicable to all passengers departing from an airport within the EU and to all passengers travelling into an EU Member State on an EU carrier unless they have received assistance in the country of departure. It is the operating carrier's responsibility to meet these requirements.
In the event that Flybe or one of its franchise partners fail to operate to schedule meaning a connection booked as part of a Flybe Connection is missed, then we will make every effort to reacommodate passengers onto the nearest available flight.
Tickets
Bookings made through the this internet site or the Flybe Customer Call Centre will be made, where possible, on an e-ticket (electronic ticket). This means you will not be issued a paper ticket for travel.
Refunds
We do not sell refundable fares. Any tax redemption on unused tickets will incur a £25.00 (EUR40.00, CHF55.00) administration fee per person per sector.
Where we are forced to cancel a flight, we will refund the full cost of your booking including all taxes, fees and charges.
Booking review period
Flybe offer a 24 hour booking review period within which, and if Flybe deem that an error has been made by the booker when making the booking, at Flybe's discretion a change may be made to the booking without incuring the standard change fees.
