We have complete traceability of product manufacture, full test certificates for every one of our Ann Summers branded vibrators, sex toys, lingerie, lubricants and other novelties and manage our own due diligence process. Of course, this means that not every product presented for our range makes it through our tough evaluation process. All products go through risk analysis procedure and if they can’t be developed to meet our highest quality standards, we won’t sell them!
