According to Wine Spectator, a new study from the American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently confirmed that moderate alcohol consumption should be part of a healthy lifestyle. The 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans includes advice such as not smoking, doing regular exercise and eating healthy… There is now also a section on the benefits of moderate alcohol consumption.
